Amex Spend Based Offer | Taj & Air India Vouchers up for Grabs

American Express had triggered a similar promotion back at the beginning of 2021, wherein the reward vouchers for 4 spend thresholds offered Air India vouchers and a single spend threshold offered a Luxe voucher. Back then, Amex cardholders vented their discontentment towards the convoluted T&Cs that governed Air India Vouchers. One can refer to that offer by clicking here. 

This time, six different spend thresholds are comprised of five Taj vouchers and one Air India voucher. Details below:

About the Offer

• Select American Express Cardmembers who have received an Offer communication directly from American Express through any of its channels are eligible to receive a Taj or an Air India voucher worth INR X on spending INR Y on their respective Amex Card, including supplementary cards.

• X and Y represent the voucher value and the spending threshold as per the table below:

• The spending must be done on the travel and lodging category.

Offer Duration

• This offer is valid from December 3, 2021, to January 15, 2022 (inclusive of both days)

Offer Fulfilment

• Vouchers will be sent to eligible Cardmembers on their registered email addresses with American Express by May 15, 2022.

Offer Conditions

• The offer is not valid for American Express Corporate Cards.

• The Cardmembers must enroll in the offer. However, Supplementary Card(s) need not be enrolled separately.

• Any American Express Card on which the offer is not applicable if enrolled for the offer will not be considered eligible.

• Eligible spending made on booking holidays, flights, trains, hotels, Bed and Breakfasts, cabs and buses will be considered. Any spend done with a registered travel agent will also be considered eligible under this offer.

• Any spending done on fuel will not be considered.
