Here's How You Can Earn Amex Accelerated Points + InterMile Points for Your Online Shopping

Lately, American Express has added eVouchers from Gyftr to its Reward Multiplier Program, which means you can now buy gift cards from popular brands and reap accelerated reward points. Click here for further information about it.

Coming to the point, one good thing about InterMiles is that you are free to use any mode of payment while checking out, so here's the stratagem that gets you both, the Accelerated Amex RPs + InterMiles Points. 

We are picking up Amazon (our favorite) as an example to buy a product, say X, that costs INR 10,000.

• Step 1: First, buy Amazon Gift Cards worth 10k from American Express Reward Multiplier Portal.

        - You get multiplied rewards depending on the card variant you used in the above transaction.

• Step 2: Add Amazon Gift Cards to your account.

• Step 3: Go to https://shop.intermiles.com/

        - Log in or simply enter your InterMiles ID, click proceed.

• Step 4: Select X and checkout with Amazon Gift Cards that you added in Step 2.

        - InterMiles will be credited to your InterMiles account within 75 days.

Following the above steps while buying X will get you:

- 10,000 ÷ 40 = 250 × 5 =1,250 RPs (Considering American Express Platinum Card)

- 10,000 ÷ 100 = 100 × 5 =500 InterMiles (dependent on X's Category)

Note that instead of InterMiles, you can also use any other affiliate program that lets you check out with any payment mode.
