HDFC NoBroker Rent Offer


HDFC Cardholders can avail of a total cashback of INR 1500 on Rent Payment via NoBroker. Details below:


    Offer Details

    • Make three consecutive rental payments using your HDFC Bank credit card for INR 25,000 or more and get a cashback of INR 1500.
    • Only first-time rent payers using HDFC Bank Credit Card are eligible for the offer.
    • Refer to the table below for a clear understanding of cashback segregation.
    HDFC NoBroker Cred Offer


    Eligible Customers

    • HDFC Bank Credit Cardholders who haven’t made any rent payment on NoBroker or any other platform using their HDFC Bank Credit Card between 1st February 2021 and 30th April 2021 are eligible for the offer.
    • If a customer has done a rent transaction between 1st February 2021 and 30th April 2021 on an older card that is now renewed/reissued/replaced/upgraded, the cardholder would not be eligible for the offer.
    • If a customer has done a rent transaction between 1st February 2021 and 30th April 2021 on a supplementary (add-on) card, the primary cardholder would not be eligible for the offer and vice versa.

    Offer Fulfilment

    • Month 1 cashback for qualifiers would be processed by August 31st, 2021.
    • Month 2 cashback would be processed by September 30th, 2021 and 
    • Month 3 cashback would be processed by October 31st, 2021.

    Offer Conditions

    • The reward would be processed for winners in the form of cashback. However, the Customers can win a maximum of Rs. 1500 cashback only if they make single minimum Rs. 25,000 spend on NoBroker in each of the three months (May ’21, June ’21, July ‘21).
    • Corporate Cards, Commercial Cards, Dealer Cards, Distributor Cards, Value Plus Cards, Staff Cards, are excluded from the promotion.
    • No two offers running on HDFC Bank Credit Cards can be clubbed together.
