• General Terms & Conditions

• The customer's card will be saved at PayU for an annual subscription charge of ₹1495.
• Customers cards will get automatically charged for ₹1495 on the 90th day.
• Customers can cancel the subscription anytime before 90 day period. Once that is done, the customer's card will not be charged for ₹1495. However, the customer will still enjoy the benefits of Prime Membership for 90 days.
• The subscription fee of ₹1495 will be non-refundable.
• In case, the recurring transaction is failed for some reason, the customer's Prime Membership will be canceled. 
• In case a member has a new American Express card and old card is not valid anymore, the customer will have to write an email, addressed to prime@eazydiner.com. This request will be handled manually. 
• Once the Prime Membership starts, it cannot be canceled, no refund of subscription money will take place once the subscription is active.
