➙ Select 'Skills & Games' in Amazon Alexa App

➙ Search the Skill ICICI Bank 'iPal' or simply ICICI.

➙ Tap 'ENABLE TO USE'

➙ Click on 'Settings.'

➙ Click on 'Link Account'

➙ Enter your Registered Mobile Number with ICICI Bank, tap 'GET OTP' button.

➙ Enter the OTP as received in your Registered Mobile Number, Click the 'Login' button

➙ Select a unique 6 Digit PIN and select Banking Services you require, accept the T&Cs, Click the 'Activate' button

➙ Enter the Digits relevant to the alphabets at the back of your ICICI Debit Card, Click 'Submit.'

➙ Authorise the Alexa App to access your ICICI Chatbot

➙ Congratulations! Your ICICI account has been successfully linked with your Alexa Device.
