ICICI Launches Voice Banking on Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant

If your answer is YES! You can now just shoot your banking queries such as savings account balance, transaction details, credit card details, and so on to your smart assistant, and your smart device will get back to you with the answer instantly.
ICICI Bank has integrated its AI-powered multi-channel chatbot, 'iPal' Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant, to enable its retail banking customers to undertake an array of banking services with just a simple voice command.
With this integration, you can simply speak out their query to Alexa / Google Assistant-enabled devices to check their savings account balance and credit card details, including the due date, due amount, and last five transactions. For example, you can ask, "Alexa, what is my account balance?". Then, the Bank sends the information privately and securely via an SMS to your mobile number registered with the Bank.
Further, you can also ask queries related to the Bank's products and services, which 'iPal' will read out loud through the Alexa / Google Assistant-enabled devices.
