Standard Chartered Super Value Titanium Credit Card Review
If you ask me about Standard Chartered cards; I will take 2 names, 'Standard Chartered Super Value Titanium Credit Card' and 'Standard Chartered Manhattan Credit Card.' Talking about Super Value Card, it's a decent card but not too great. As the annual fee on this card won't pinch your pocket too much, you might want to allocate a little space for it in your wallet. However, the SC Super Value Card can easily save you ₹ 6000 annually.
Here's how:
⋆ 5% cashback on fuel
- You can get 5% Cashback (including surcharge) on a minimum transaction of INR 750 on fuel spends across all fuel stations up to a maximum of INR 200 P/M
⋆ 5% cashback on telephone bills
- 5% Cashback on a minimum transaction of INR 750 on landline and mobile postpaid bill up to a maximum of INR 200 P/M
⋆ 5% cashback on utility bills
- 5% Cashback on a minimum transaction of INR 750 on utility bills payments such as electricity, gas or water bills up to a maximum of INR 100 P/M
Hence, 200 + 200 + 100 = 500 INR per month that sums up to 6000 INR Anually
⋆ Reward Points
- Additionally, you can also earn 1 reward point for every INR 150 spent on your card and then redeem them for catalog rewards or cashbacks by clicking HERE
Recently, I burnt 1124 RP and got Rs 1646 Cashback. That's an excellent ₹ 1.46 for each RP which I think is excellent.
⋆ EMI facility, Dial a loan, Balance Transfer and BT on EMI
- You need to call Standard Chartered customer support for availing the abovementioned offers as they are subjected to offer availability on the particular card account
I have availed 'Dial a loan' offer on my SCSV credit limit and the process was very smooth. No papers involved. I just placed the request, and the funds were credited into my bank account within a day. I chose EMI tenure as per my own convenience and now paying the EMI that reflects in my card's statement every month.
Joining Fee - ₹ 750
(Waived if you Spend ₹ 30,000 in a year )
Annual Fee - ₹ 750
(Waived if you spend ₹ 60,000 in a year)
